This page explains how information submitted through our chair and beauty room enquiry form is used.

The information you share

The form asks for your name, email address, business name, profession, experience and the space you’re interested in. You can also share a phone number, website or social profile, preferred days and a description of your requirements.

What we use it for

Naturally U uses your enquiry details to understand your business, assess suitable space and contact you about your enquiry. Submitting the form does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list.

How your enquiry reaches us

Our form uses Formspree to receive and deliver enquiry submissions. Formspree processes the information you enter as part of providing that service. You can read Formspree’s privacy policy for details of its processing.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

Bookings and external links

Appointment booking takes place on Fresha. Fresha handles the information you enter there under its own privacy policy. Links to social media, Wella and directions open external services with their own privacy terms.

This website

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves your browser making a request to Google. Images are served as part of this website. Social media and maps are linked rather than embedded.
