What’s the difference between credit and an experience?
The slider previews a monetary amount. Fresha issues the actual salon gift card under its displayed terms. Buying £150 of gift credit does not buy the £150 Secret Salon Treat or any other package. Please confirm gift-card eligibility for Jo, retail products or independent professionals with the salon before purchase.
What if they want colour or a makeover?
The colour packages start with Jo’s consultation and require patch testing at least 48 hours before colour. Corrective colour is excluded. The eligible colour and finishing services must be confirmed before sale. Jo discusses suitability with the recipient; the buyer does not need to select a colour.
What about expiry and booking?
The Fresha checkout currently shows one year’s validity. Check the terms displayed there before paying, and contact the salon about eligible services, products, booking, refunds or remaining balances. Appointments are subject to suitability and availability. The proposed experience packages still need final terms and salon approval.
